As the Vice President of Sales at Wave, Steven owns the sales process from beginning to end with new and existing customers. Steven’s approach to selling is customer-centric, focused on understanding their needs and goals, and coming up with creative solutions to address specific challenges they face. He believes in building trust with clients by advocating for them and finding creative solutions to their business problems. He brings a unique perspective to Wave and strives to make complex solutions simple to understand and digest.
Steven has been involved in sales for his entire career and prides himself on the relationships that he’s developed with his clients. His previous experience in managed services brings a unique perspective to Wave because it exposed him to varying levels of technical competency, which strengthened his proficiency in breaking down complex problems. In previous roles, he developed trust with his clients by being an advocate for them and was known for his creative problem solving. He focuses on creating genuine, authentic relationships by adding value first and working with technical teams to design tailored solutions.
Outside of work, you can find Steven traveling or planning his next trip to satiate his travel bug. He loves spending time and creating memories with his wife and son. Steven also enjoys golfing, being outdoors, camping, and fishing.
