As Director of User Experience, Travis brings 20+ years of work experience to Wave in brand development, print design, outdoor, advertising, and web/interactive projects with both design and development knowledge.

His approach to design is not to just create to “pretty pictures, but to uncover problems and discover the best solutions to solve them. He thrives in learning new skills, getting his hands dirty and putting in the work. With a proven ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, he has a history of leading projects for Healthcare, Aviation, Architecture, Engineering, Education, Banking/Financial Services and Technology industries.

Outside of the office, he enjoys fitness training and participating in CrossFit competitions, mountain biking, any projects that include power tools, and spending time with his three daughters.
